Shelley's Vintage Originals. The centerpiece of this necklace is a charming faux tortoise shell resin heart shaped cameo of a darling girl hung from a gold tone filigree star (former screw back earring) with citrine colored rhinestones.  The star measures 1" across and the entire pendant measures 2" in length.  It is attached to a delicate gold tone chain with a ring clasp. The necklace measures 16" in length. An extension chain can be added or a longer chain substituted per customer request.
